Woolstore Apartments

KO&CO Architects referred us to their client who subsequently engaged us. KO are transforming body corporate spaces in the London Woolstore apartment complex.

The historic Woolstore Precinct comprises huge warehouses along the Brisbane river.  The precinct stored all manner of goods, pending transport by rail, truck or ship.

During WWII, this reach of the river moored many submarines and the stores held munitions, food and spare parts.

A major urban renewal in the 1980s saw the warehouses converted into swank apartments. Two decades on, many are being renewed.
