The report found serious defects and hazards, high carbon production, energy consumption and maintenance and obsolete and non-compliant lighting.

The building subsequently caught fire, but it was quickly extinguished.

We were engaged to create a safe, ecologically friendly, low-energy and functional spaces and beautifully lit building and interior.
