Completed late 2017, the owners were moving in when these photos were taken. The home hovers like a bird over a sea of native forest.

Large open living spaces touch artificial ponds that merge into a lap pool and giant deck and the encircling bush.

The original lighting design comprised a hundred cheap down lights to create the ambience of a supermarket.

The Gillard Group’s new design reduced costs, products, cables and wattage and created evening magic. The owners say:
