Paddington home (3)
Queenslander architecture, a type of home, distinguishes Brisbane suburbs from anywhere else in the world.
The owner’s property is a grand Queenslander occupying 810 sm of land and contains a strand of large trees, a Queensland bottle tree, local ferns and various natives.
The Gillard Group used some of the first high-powered LEDs to up light the tallest trees and other LEDs to create the enchanted look within the ‘forest’.
Special luminaires hide in the canopy and gently light the outside dining space. Smaller lights frame the steps that cascade down to the manicured lawn.
