Thornhill Apartments

Thornhill, completed 2019, is a 35 apartment residential development featuring a central light-well with open sides and trellis gardens.

The Gillard Group designed and commissioned the turnkey lighting solution. Our solution won the 2019 LIT International Lighting Design Award for Energy Saving.

Highlights include: achieving an astonishing .43 watts m2 for the car park; horticultural lighting for vertical gardens; bespoke decorative tube luminaires; and indirect and facade lighting.
