Albert St Church

This magnificent heritage listed church was designed by George Addison and built 1888-1889.

The church is adjacent to Brisbane’s historic city hall and is an icon of the city centre.

Building highlights include the red brick, white limestone trimmings, slate roof, spire, tiered seating and timber work.

Of all the churches in Queensland, relighting this church was coveted by Jenni Gillard.

Engaged October 2022, the Gillard Group looks forward to transforming the church into a city icon and tourist drawcard.
