Woolstore Apartments

KO&CO Architects referred us to their client who subsequently engaged us. KO are transforming body corporate spaces in the London Woolstore apartment complex.

The Woolstore Precinct comprises huge warehouses fronting the Brisbane river.  During WWII, it was a major base for submarines. The precinct was a secure home for sailors, munitions, supplies and spare parts.

A major urban renewal in the 1980s saw the warehouses converted into swank apartments. Two decades on, many are being renewed.
