The Gillard Groups’ award winning lighting design for the refurbished Brisbane Newmarket Hotel created a convivial atmosphere for patrons aged 25-45.

The bar is sensitively lit to balance function and form, backlit glass creates a dramatic statement piece and the uplighting on the timber ceilings adds ambience and indirect light below.

The lounge area succeeds in melding day and night effects to entice patrons to stay that little longer.

The Gillard Group also did the facade lighting for the adjoining, popular and boutique Newmarket Retail Complex.
